Who we are?

Restructuring Academy is a Bosnian expert platform. Our main goal is to get access to international experience, for example, from a broad spectrum of high-risk industries who are willing to share experience with local Bosnian companies, helping them investigate how to become more competitive. We aim to engage international experts to offer help to local Bosnian businesses in process of Restructuring and Change Management.
