This training will provide you with extensive knowledge about the change process. Not only will you learn about the need for change and how people respond to it, but also about the vision, strategy, and effective program associated with change.
To change the direction or focus of any organization, we must first establish a process that will help us make decisions, design solutions, and then implement a strategic plan. In this training, we will use Kotter’s model of change and apply it to two business cases: international and local.

- Local Business Case.
At the end of the lecture you will acquire the following skills:
