Lean Green Belt

The Lean Six Sigma is a methodology which includes information about the basic principles of both Six Sigma and Lean Six Sigma. It is a systematic approach that relies on a collective team effort to improve the performance by removing waste. It is perfectly suitable for individuals who want to make their career in Quality Management. 

A Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt certified professional will have a thorough understanding of all the different phases of D-M-A-I-C. Attaining the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification will help an individual to enhance the skills and thereby enables him to perform roles like a Quality Manager, Lean Manufacturing Specialist, Lean Manufacturing co-ordinator, Quality Analyst etc. account for the triple constraint, which refers to the limitations of time, cost and scope that apply to every project.

• Function as a ‘tools application’ member of a six sigma project team
• Lead and execute process-level improvement projects
• Collect process data and develop process maps
• Develop statistical hypotheses using simple statistical tools
• Design simple experiments and/or implementation plans that help validate improvement options
• Apply problem solving and quantifiable tools to an improvement project brought to class on the first day.
• Eliminate waste and defects by applying lean and six sigma
• Collect, analyze, and quantify data that enable process improvements
• Learn how to execute the six sigma methodology
• Work with process owners to ensure process gains are held

We offer a three months Lean Six Sigma certification training package. 

The activities and their duration provided by the training are:

In case of additional wishes and needs for topics beyond our standard program, we are available for all types of cooperation for which we can offer a competent service.
